"I was calling around for quotes to get an alignment and possibly have my tires balanced when I ended up speaking with Phil at the business next door. He highly recommended I contact this shop since they would be a better fit for my vehicle.
I called, and they were able to get me in right after lunch, which worked out perfectly. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Even though I was there for almost three hours, I could tell Del genuinely wanted to make sure the issue was fixed correctly. He took my car out several times to make sure the shaking at 70 mph was gone, and I really appreciated the extra effort and attention to detail.
I haven't had the chance to take it on the highway yet since I work from home, but I let him know I'd update him once I do. Based on my experience so far, I highly recommend this place and truly appreciate Del's dedication to fixing my car properly."
